- Earth Science (Elementary) Major
- Earth Science (Secondary) Major
- Earth Science/General Science (Secondary) Major
- Note that these above three majors must be accompanied by the professional teaching certification program in the Woodring College of Education

Note that the department encourages outstanding students to pursue a senior thesis, which allows graduation "with honors".
